Tournament, Meetup & Event Liability Waiver

Effective Date: June 23, 2026

By participating in any tournament, meetup, game, event, or gathering discovered, promoted, listed, or organized through ChipNight, you acknowledge and agree:

1. ChipNight LLC is a technology platform and is not the organizer, operator, owner, or supervisor of third-party events unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
3. ChipNight does not guarantee:
   • Safety of venues
   • Conduct of participants
   • Legality of events
   • Fairness of gameplay
   • Accuracy of event information
4. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation complies with local laws and regulations.
5. You assume all risks associated with:
   • Travel
   • Personal injury
   • Property damage
   • Financial losses
   • Interactions with other participants
6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless ChipNight LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from participation in any event.
7. This waiver survives account termination and continued use of the Platform.
